Collectively, the immediate drawing areas serviced directly from our Hamilton and Christchurch depots account for 56% of the total NZ population base. Distributions to the other part of New Zealand are serviced via order place through our Call Centre and next day courier services.
To further encourage customers calls / interaction, the company provides a toll free phone and fax line at both centres. Our experience has been that by maintaining high service standards, offering quality products and effective solutions to our clients in these other areas, we are meeting the needs of these clients without the need (and additional cost) of operating branches in these locations.
